KEMEX’s high-pressure pneumatic conveyor system is an intermittent conveyor system which is carried out in the dense phase, with the peculiarity that it requires a smaller diameter pipe with a lower air consumption for the same amount and distance. It is done using air pumps or pressure vessels.

KEMEX’s medium-pressure pneumatic conveying is done in the semi-dilute phase. This is a continuous conveying system that needs larger diameter pipe compared to the previous system for the same capacity and distance. It is done with screw pumps.

KEMEX’s low-pressure pneumatic conveying is done is the dilute phase. This is a continuous conveying system specifically for non-abrasive, thin and slightly granular products, and is done with an rotary valve.
