KEMEX rotary gates consist of a body with inlet and outlet flanges, inside of which turns a rotor with a fluidized bottom that turns 90º and which – depending on the position it is in – allows flow along the line or diverts it downward.
Due to its design, it does allow diversion without stopping the conveying.
This valve is used by installing it along the length of air chutes when there is a need to divert the product flow vertically. They may be operated manually, pneumatically or with a motor.
