These are designed to enable the discharge of fine granular bulk solids via the vibration produced by an attached vibrator.
The product is extracted uniformly without arching or chimneys due to its inner cone. The vibrating bottom is installed replacing the narrowest part of the silo’s cone.
They have damping rings to prevent the vibration being transferred to the silo.
KEMEX’s vibrating bottoms are mainly used placed at the outlet of a silo or storage hopper. It can be applied to a wide variety of products such as sand, limestone, lime, ferrous sulfate, flours, etc.
