Aeroslide are used to convey powdery and dry solids by the effect of the fluidizing air.
Aeroslide are used to convey dry and powdery solids downward by the effect of fluidizing air and gravity.
They consist of two sections separated by an air-permeable membrane. The product to be conveyed circulates through the upper chamber and in the lower chamber is the fluidizing air. With a slight inclination of about 6° (depending on the product), the product is made to flow like a liquid by the effect of gravity.
It is used in:
- Installations in which the conveying is downward
- For dry and fine solid products
- For small and large capacities
