KEMEX’s mechanical conveyor technology is suitable for handling materials that are low in abrasion, moderately abrasive and abrasive with the screw elevator being designed and sized for each product’s characteristics.
The most common use of elevators is for unloading bulk carriers, feeding silos, feeding bagging systems and bulk solids loading. To do this, KEMEX has vertical screw elevators as high as 30 meters.
KEMEX’s screw elevator technology is satisfactory for use in industry for products such as cement, cement raw material, ash, gypsum, plaster, lime, etc. It is suitable due to its lower initial investment and the fact that it requires less height for feeding.
Auger screw conveying is done horizontally and allows a product to be fed at various points along its length and, likewise, emptying can be done at more than one point.
Conveying is done with a low power consumption, in a clean fashion and without dust being emitted outdoors; it takes up little space and requires little maintenance.
This system is suitable for using with all fine and granular solid products. It has an exceptionally broad application in all types of industrial activity requiring a product to be conveyed among different locations.
